At the Red Team we like to think of ourselves as your local guides. Guides not only through the real estate market and purchase transaction, but to the local community as well. Both members of our team have lived a majority of our lives in Northern Colorado and take pride in our knowledge of what the area has to offer. MIKE WEBER
I am a 50+ year resident of Northern Colorado, father and husband who also happens to help people with their real estate needs. Our family enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities including mountain biking, road cycling, skiing, hiking, kayaking, etc. We also love the many other opportunities for activities in our area.
Prior to selling real estate, I was a general contractor and built homes for many proud homeowners. The custom design phase was my favorite, taking advantage of views and the specific layout of the lot.
I have been self-employed for much of my working career and believe in good value and hard work while having fun with my clients.

28 years of my life growing up in Fort
Collins and still love so many of the
things that make this area special. When
I'm not working you can find me taking a
sunrise kayak at Horsetooth, driving through
old town when the holiday lights are up, enjoying a food truck on a brewery patio, chasing views and powder days, hiking in RMNP, taking photos, and traveling as often as possible.
I have a Marketing Degree from CSU and have been working in real estate since I was 18. I love helping clients of all stripes find the home that's right for them and have the best possible experience doing so. I want you to be comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.
